Wrong deduction

First of all i would like to tell each and everyone who read my complaint than don't ever take idea gprs services ever. They not only charges for that but also stole our money. They are the biggest thief. I have activated 95 Rs plan on my cell 4 free internet surfing for 1 month, but instead of that these fools wrongly deducted my money 40 Rs. Firstly they agree that they have wrongly charged me and gave me a complaint number, but after that they are just telling that they can't return my money back. I have the msg in my cell in which they told me to return my money back. My cell no is 9887332378. I know that this amount is less but the company has lost its faith. They are just fooling their customers.
