Without proper notice SIm disconnected

Dear sir,

from Few days no. of SMS recieved from IDEA cellular that --Badha rahit sewaon ka labh uthane ke liye Idea point par apna document jama karein aur Rs. 10/- ka free talk time payein.

now my connection has permanentally disconnected.

At the time of SIM purchasing i already submitted the required documents.

what is this..? Now because of this i am facing a lot of problem, and No communication possible.

If it was cumpulsarry to submit the documents, it should be mention properly.
