I have not got my lifelong validity, after recharge of 55 as per idea's scheam

I have idea Sim No. 9822208539.last time my validity is end on 17 nov. 2009. after that irecharge of Rs 55 for lifelong validity as per scheme of idea servises.they send me such type of messages &-#039;'Validity recharge se chutkara, recharge kigiye Rs 55 se, paiye lifelong validity aur Rs 47 ka talktime." But i have not got this fasility after recharge of Rs55. I have got only validyty of 15 days &47 talktime. Pls. think about this complain.bacause my mobile sow no service &repy lock of service.
