Unsatisfied Service in idea

Dear All,

Don't keep any Idea Postpaid Connections with Suresh. V (Team Leader). I have taken a connections to one of my clients. While taking connections he received Deposit of Rs. 3000. now customer went to singapore but still not roaming activated by conformation in call center. I called to Mr. Suresh Team leader regarding this issue he told that he was in madurai to meet Sherya. but till date i continously calling he is telling the same answer for 4 months. somebody help me to bring suresh to give up fantactisc service to idea and kindly give an appointment as ceo for trai
