WRONG PAYMENT DEDUCTED

It is for your information that I am using Idea mobile service for last two months as a prepaid user. The operator has been activated GPRS without my permission and money deducted from my prepaid account and a compliant has been registered to the operator (complaint no. 1-419329822), but no action has yet not been taken. I have to customer service many times but no one is listening to me regarding this issue.

After few days I have got the message that your concern for incorrect deduction has been resolved with the charge being reversed, but i have not got my money back. Please take strict action to resolve this issue.
