WRONG PROMOTIONAL MESSEGE

Dear Sir,

My Self Ramprakash I am working with M/s Sharik PCO our Main Business in Easy Recharge to out clients, On 19 of January i Got Promotinal Messege from IDEA Customer Care that with 19 Rs Recharge the consumer will get full Value of his money on every recharge for a month the slabs as below 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 100 etc. But as i suggest one of my client the same but as i done the formalites it does not work so i talk to the Retailer Helpline no. 343 they said 90 Rs are not in the slab so client have to use these rs through GPRS Internet connection. however i told them that i have you Promotional SMS saved in my mobile no 9837625125, they said we cant help in this. so i am raising complaint against them to refund my money back.

please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard
