No network in Atul Naga

I have 2 Idea nos - 9881465651 and 9850685086.

Response to all the complaints made to Idea in this regards is below expectations.

Seems they are really not interested in restoring network connection.

But they want full money to be paid without any any break!!

How could a service provider refuse (yes!) to provide smooth network after charging full money for the services(?)???
