Incorrect deduction

I am akhilesh kumar from delhi i using idea prepaid connection from very long time my mobile no is 9891539248. i would like to draw your kind attention towards my deduction which is incorrect i recharged my no. on 19/03. with Rs 50/- but aftersome time they deducted my account from Rs 30/- i didnt activated any service. i called customer care no. so many time but customer care executive told me that '' your concern is under process and would be actioned within 24 hrs and they gave me complaint no. i.e 1-3755082767.'' but till now no action will be taken place against this. already 5 days past no body will reply on behalf of idea.

please do the need for the same i am really frustrated
