Idea has started deducting Rs 10/weet for Masti SMS service which I have not subscribed. I contacted their help line in 12345. I was told to lodge complaint with 198. When I dialed 198, I was told they can not take the complaint because as per their definition this can not be a complaint. Then I said I want to lodge a writen complaint. Give me address. after long exchange of words I was told they are under instruction to not to give the address. I was told again to contact 12345 for the address. Again I listened to same words and did not get the address.

I want to claim Rs 20/- back which IDEA has deducted forcibly from my recharge amount.
