Egarding postpaid connection

Hi, i m vikas kumar and working with ING Vysya bank. i applied for idea post paid connection on 1 april. i filled the form and i paid Rs. 500. Executive told me that it will take 2 days to activate the connection. and now i m calling them from 3 april to till date. but they r not activating my connection.
