Outstanding documents

In the past 2, 5 months that I have been in Pune, I have had my line put on hold 3 times already due to IDEA losing the paperwork for my prepaid sim and once for them making an error on the paperwork. I have to go in again today as I received another sms from them last night advising that the service will be put on hold due to no documents having been received. That will make 5 times that they have lost copies of my Passport, Visa, C-form & passport photos in less than 3 months! Are they selling my personal information or something???
