ECS delay-unrequired harassment

I'm perpetully getting messages that the payment is not being done despite subscribing ECS. The bank is proper in payment, but request for payment is delayed on part of idea. Therefore I am a victim of perpetual harassment for 6 months.

I have been emailing fact since then but they seem to itch their ears over the same.
