Refund my money

Hi sir,

i m using prepaid Idea connection last 3 years, but last Month i got offer from Idea was that if u changed ur plan means convert prepaid to postpaid then u got new offer, so i changed my mind and convert perpaid to postpaid, Regarding this i payed 500 Rs to idea's executive, he gave me slip of 500 and new sim. he told me that ur No. would be activated with in 2 days. Regarding New sim i had summited my Identity card through mail as a Proof. But yet now it is not activated.

So i summited new request regarding refund my money means 500 rs. But i did not get any responce from their side.
