BALANCE DEDUDUCTION WITHOUT ANY REASON & INFORMATION

I am using the service of IDEA mobile service provider my cell no is 9669529297.

Company has deduct the amount without any reason & confirmation.

They had fixed the dialer tone themselves on my number 9669529297

and deduct the money from my mobile balance they cant left 1 rs in my mobile phone balance so i call any person. one of my family member is hospitalised and i am unable to contact any body.

so please register my complaint for the above reason and punish the IDEA company as hard as posible.
