Hello Sir!!

I got a call from idea call center dat there is an offer on hello tune, u activate u will nor charge for dat, but they cut 199 rs from my bill, i deactivated it the second day as i cam to know. they told me that u will be refunded but it not happen, y is dis happening, i want my 199 rs back.
