DND Ineffective

My name is Dushyant Sharma. I had registered for DND on my Idea No. 9891811114, however it seems more in form than in substance. I have been receiving the same no. of SMSs' and phone calls ever since (for around 2 years). Recently I had received a sales call from No. 011-43338322, SMS from TM-NSBindia, and many more. The list is endless. The same is with my Dolphin-Trump No. 9013217070.
