Deuction of amt without my consent

My name is Inder Mohan Pandya. I brought a new pre-paid sim on 2 jun 10 and recharged it with 101 rs. now just after a day i.e from 3 jun idea celluar is deducting 20rs each day. on reporting to customer care they told me that they have activated internet facility on my sim and which was without my consent. after that they told me that have logged my complain on id-9516330414. but still today they have deducted 20rs from my account.
