Fraud and unsatisfaction

I am your satbir singh my no. is 9598258371 your free customer care no. Is always busy and on the chargeable number customer care officer try to expend the call duration. I had received SMS on 31/05/10 about the renewing voice chat sub charges Rs 15/month but I was not apply any voice chat when I contact to customer care many time on 500160 no. is busy then dial 12345 chargeable call to mr praveen at 9.20 pm he was try to expend my call and give un satisfactory answer after 10 to 12 minutes hold talk to mr hiralal (supervisor) he was also give unsatisfactory answer and not provide refrance no. Of complaint.
