I had received SMS on 31/05/10 about the renewing voice chat sub charges Rs 15/month but I was not apply any voice chat when I contact to customer care many time on 500160 no. is busy then dial 12345 chargeable call to mr praveen at 9.20 pm he was try to expend my call and give un satisfactory answer after 10 to 12 minutes hold talk to mr hiralal (supervisor) he was also give unsatisfactory answer and not provide refrance no.
