Unauthorised deduction of money

An authorized sum of Rs 30 was deducted from my IDEA prepaid account 919948986664 .while I have not subscribed any services. On repeated calls to customer care they are not giving any accurate explanation for this. Please help me to recover the lost money and to prevent company from making such unauthorized deduction in future.
