COMPLAIN AGAINST POOR DIALERTONE SERVICES

Sir,

This is to subtantiate that 20 days back i have applied a dialertone service through customer care a song which i have demanded for is nt the one which they have applied as my dialertone then again i request them to change to my demanded song, they do the same but again deduct Rs 15 from my main balance which they previously also charged as a song selection charges. But i can't do anything against company rules and regulations, then the limits of my patience crossed when after 3 days without my permission or any request they have changed my requested song to any other non sense song, from last 10 day i am trying to call IDEA CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE but i can't, i don't know any reason behind it. So, in this whole process i have lost my 15 15 30=Rs60.So, i request u to take some promising steps against this whole process so that this thing can not repeat to any further customers also. I think now IDEA is amongs the reputated mobile service company but these small things can also make a spot on its market reputation also.

So, this is a request to solve this problem of mine by showing your dignity.
