I am a very busy person so I don't have time to recharge my cellphone balance in retail outlets. I normally do this online. However, I have always faced problems with the online recharge system of Idea Cellular. The recharge is not successful immediately. The message I always get is: "ideacellular.com has not received a confirmation on the payment made by you from the payment gateway. As soon as we get an intimation from the payment gateway, the amount would be credited to your Idea account. As soon as this amount is credited, an intimation would be sent to you on sms."

At the same time, I also get an sms in my phone saying "Thankyou for making a payment of Rs.xxx on the Idea Cellular website. It is being updated in your account." I checked if this was my bank's fault, so I tried recharge from another bank's website. However, the message I get is same. Sometimes my phone gets recharged only after a day or two. Sometimes, it doesnt. Every time I have to send an email to the customer care that I have recharged and you have to look into this matter. I think this online recharge facility of Idea sucks big time.
