Unwanted sevices activated

I am customer of idea mobile company my mobile no 9889831825 idea got a message that You have copied diler tone and your Dieler tuen will be active after two hour, at that I call customer and request to plz do not acitvate any how, he give me no (56765) tell me that call this no and your dialer tune will deactivate, I dialed no many time but after some time I got another message my amount debit rs 15 that time, I again called that plz stop the Dialer tone and next my balence again debit 30 rupee.

I just asked that why these savices acitvited autometically. and if customer requet for stoping the sevices then why seriveces activated.

I just want plese stop all these seveices from my mobile and refund the my balence.
