Call drop, network problem

I am idea user since 2 yrs.

i use for bulky calling. Being in business i need to call thousand of clients per month.

I have chosen idea as per my past experience about idea.

But now days idea has totally changed.

They are not no.1 in deducting money from our prepaid a/c without any reason.

I REALISED THAT, MAY BE IDEA HAS GOT RIGHTS TO ACTIVATE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE/ PACKAGE IN OUR ACCOUNT.

and they are now 1st from last in good connectivity.

several CALL DROPS, AND NETWORK PROBLEM IN CONNECTING.
