Regarding Payment

I really feeling vary bad, that's why i am writing posting this complaint. I am Indu, actually the complaint is regarding mobile bill payment . i really like idea sim like anythng... dats y i m nt writing to you too hard. Usually on month ends some body come and collect ma bill amount from me. I am really a busy person, wont get time even for sleep. Last month i called idea customer care, 1 lady pick up the call. I told her that my bill date is coming due, so please come and collect my bill. She take down my address and everythng, she give promise that she will send her collegeue to collect in ma office. i told her that i will be there till 04.00pm. But nobody turn up, no body comes to collect my bill, i had waited there till 05.00pm. Nobody evn called me also. I tried on the same number customer care, the same lady pick the call and i ask her about this. She directly gives me other number and told me to call on some other customer care people for coming and collecting the bill. I called the other number nobody pickup the call. Then i tried the usuall number, she also dint pick the call. Next day i tried the number which she gives me, one customer care lady pick the call and told her my concern, she told me like she is off that day and tell me to call next day... Nobody thinks or cares that they will cut my mobile on the next day... I DONT KNOW WHETHER THESE PEOPLE DONT NEED THE BILL AMOUNT OR WAT?? ON THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY KNOW TO CUT MA PHONE BUT, WHEN I TLD MA CONCERN... WHO CARES?? ITA HURTS ME ALOT..
