Incorrect deduction

Sir, my name is adarsh nagar i am from from a small village named khatauli, these idea guys many times deducted my account balance without my consent and whenever i tried to complain on their no they talked in a very rude manner and never returned my money back, sir this forum is the last hope for me they till now deducted 145 rs without any of my consent.
