Deduction of balance amount without intimation

My idea mobile No is 9623710683. My complaint is that idea is deducting amount on daily basis (Rs.5 per day from 19 August to 26 August). When i noticed this and called idea customer care and complined about this. They (Idea customer care) are saying that i have sent some message for activating some XYZ Service for which they are deducting this amount on daily basis. But in realty i did not send any SMS or knew about the service they are saying. I had checked even my sent items box but could not find any proof. This is not the first time it happened. This is the 5th time that this issue happened to me. Everytime i called Idea customer care and complained / warn they tell the same story that i sent them SMS request for activating the service about which i am not aware. But truth is that i never sent any SMS or pressed any button to activate any such type of service.

I request you help me in this regard and do justice for me and punish the culprits for this problem.
