Wrong deduction

Hello sr. i am a customer of idea from last 2 years and my number is 9891446447 But now from the backend of the customer care they activate my VAS service without my any activation request and they will charged daily 5 rs for that service. then i call back to the customer care and i talked so my executives (vivek, mohd, diljeet) they cant give me the right suggestion for disactivate this service. They told me only one thing we cant disactivate this service. In this 2 week i lost my 75 rs for wrong deduction. So i want my balance back to me. They have to pay for tat why should i. Idea executives are fool. They are blind and mannerless also.:confused
