Submitting ID proof again and again

Espected sir,

i have submitted my id proof (Voter Id Card) many times (round about 6-7times) in the last 3 years. but the company is repeatedly messaging me and asking for ID proof time and again, and whenever they want they disconnect my services by doing such they are torturing me like anything. They are constantly and deliberately disturbing my mind, please help me.
