Charging without intimation

This is the complaint that the idea cellular athourity deducted 30 rupees when i recharge my mobile phone without any intimation. When i discused to customer care one fello Mr. Shafique is told me that it is sctivated (17-10) by us only, actually i dont have any balance on the same day on the day it was activated, Atleast they should inform us that you dont have any balance to proceed this service, without any intimation they activated the service and keep the charge pending after recharging the cought the cash.

This is one tye of cheating only because the when we call without proper balance they informing that you dont have sufficient balance to make call. Like this they should inform every where.

When i talk to Mr. Shafique he is tellinmg that they will not give the money back like a harrasment.
