Unnecessary deduction

I took a Idea prepaid connection on 30th October and recharged it with Rs.50.I got Rs.42 and a day after I have suprised to see that my account was deducted by Rs.35.I have not used any service for it.
Is this the way the company behaves with the customer.
What an Idea companyji???
