Sms package

Iam Rudra Varma. I have activated sms pack on 11 th oct which has 1 month validity. I have activated sms pack again on 5 th nov which also has 1 month validity and I got a msg saying my recharge is confirmed. Even though I was being charged for sms from 11 th nov. When I called their customer care executive they say that as my first sms pack is already active when I activated the second pack, my first pack cannot be over ridden or my money will be refunded. I will have to recharge again. They say that my money is gone. They didnt give me any message when I was recharging. They dont even have it in their website. They sent me confirmation of the recharge now they say my money is gone it wont be refunded
