Deduction

Dear ALL,

I am using idea phone it happens oftentimes that they deduct my balance or activate my amount.

One last month i start getting massage for city life. I called to Cos cre & enquired for the reason they told me that i have been charged Rs40, I requested the to deactivate they Again activate Tech news and etc an deducted Rs 10, again Rs 10 and again Rs20 they also donot deactivate thats why they deducted Rs40 again. today I was left with 0 balance.

Plz you jdge for the same what we should do nor our gov. have any action regarding this.
