Disconnection of mobile no

My Idea no. 09990058477 had been activated over one and a half year back after all correct documents were submitted. I am a defence officer and there is no way these documents could have been incorrect. A few days back, i got an SMS asking me to resubmit documents but i was unable to do so as i was out of town and my no. was diconnected. I had a balance of about rs.200 but i was given no notice before the no. was discontinued. I request that my no. be activated again as my documents were in proper order or refund the amount equivalent to the balance at the time of disconnection. It is not befitting of an established communication giant to harass its customers in such a fashion. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
