Automatically activated Value added service

I have never asked them to activate one value added service (devotional songs package) on my mobile but these people have done that without my knowledge and deducting Rs.30/- per month from my balance.

They are doing this from sep onwards, I want back deducted amount, how can I get this. My mobile no: 9640048767
