Regarding recharge

Dear Sir,

I recharge my mobile through easymobilerecharge.com as I usually do. The recharge amount was Rs.200 2 the service tax these people usually take. I was taken to CC Avenue payment gateway, entered details, logged into my bank and then made the payment. In my easy mobile recharge account still it is showing pending & money deduct from my account but still I have not yet receive the balance.

Please look into this matter
