Unnecessary Balance Deduction

I am a prepaid mobile user of Idea and many times my balance was deducted. I had a recharge of Rs - 350 & from this balance Idea had deducted my balance without making any call & any massage.

The latest incident happened with me between on 31 Dec mid night & morning 1 January. My balance was remaining around 88 Rs and I had sent around 12 sms including 3 STD sms. I had checked in morning my balance & it was around Rs 55. So now I called to customer care and confirm why my this much balance deducted & executive confirmed that you had sent around 12 sms and I asked why this much charged and he disconnected the phone. After that I called to customer care but know one was picking the phone 3 times & them IVR system was not working properly. I called 4th time and some one Mr. Sachin had pick the phone and he said you sent 42 local & 3 STD sms thats why your balance reduce but my concern is that why Idea's executive giving different statements. Even I did not send 42 sms's and one thing more if I sent 42 sms then my more balance should be reduce why only reduce 33 rupees. Before this incident many times this thing also happened with me but I ignored and now I can't tolerate this things continually.

I requested to Idea please have a look on this matter and do it them services perfect and look on my matter also otherwise I don't need Idea connect and I will take other service providers connection.
