Wrong balance deduction and wrong information from 12345 reprasantative

Hello sir/maim

i am vikram singh rajpurohit, and my idea number is 9694909060.yesterday i have called to your customer care (12345) to activated 'chota RBT' on my number, and the agent said it will be activated into 4 hours.and in today morning i found that you idea have charged rupees 15 four it so i called again on 12345.and placed a complained.which should be resolved at 03.00 pm.and i have got a resolution call at 12.37 from idea.and the reprasantative (balvinder) said that the balance of rupees 15 will be refund to me into 15 mints and the chota rbt will activated soon.i havn't got my balance so i called again to 12345, your agent madhulika and a another one havn't gave me info abt why i havn't got mah balance they said that we have taken a complained. again.so just wavour my balance.
