Incorrect deduction of charges on last july-10 for MY MUSIC updates without my consent

Respected sir,

I am getting your services. My mobile no is 9669172004 (Prepaid customer)... I had incorrect deduction of charges on JULY-10 for MY MUSIC updates without my consent... I call to your idea center for deactivation of MY MUSIC updates & reversal of charges. On 12th of Jan'11 I got a message of service renewal charge deduction Rs.49/-, then I made a contact with IDEA CUSTOMER CARE at 198 and 12345, they already noted down my complain but they say that they are not able to refund the whole amount deducted from july-10
