Deducting charges for services not subscribed

I have taken prepaid services under tel no 8108877290. However the company has started debiting my account without my subscibing tio any of the services. I spoke to Mr Mahadev at customer care but he simply refused to reverse the amounts debited from my balances & on asking him to stop all calls from the company, he showed his inability to do the same immediately & said it will take at least 45 days. I need immediate help to stop this kind of harrassment as well as refund of amounts debited.
