Charging of Rs. 30 for unwanted Services

Dear Sir,

I am holding Idea mobile No. 8108965950. I have already activated Do Not Disturb. But even after this I continued to get unwated SMS and calls. Company havve also deducted charges without asking me. Therefore I visited to Idea Customer Care, Service counter. After my continuous follow-up unwanted services were stopped for almost one month. But again on 28th January "Music Station" service is activated without my knowledge and Rs. 30/- are deducted from my acount. I have again made many communication to Custermer care, Nodal Officers and also personally visited Dombivali Service Counter. Company is not even reply to my communications.

I wants your help in this matter.
