Poor Network

Dear Concern,

This is to inform you that I am user of Idea cellular Ltd. I have a cell number 9702675220 and I wanted to give a complaint against company due to poor network.

I am working as a Team Leader in a BPO and I need to have my contact with me to get some important calls from my client or from my Boss. However, due to this poor network services from Idea I have been suffering since last few months.

Also, I would request you to kindly do something to have this corrected.
