WRONG BILLING

Idea posted a wrong billing with the number 5664464, which I am not even aware about what's that number for and when I dialed that one. This is pathetic.

Sometimes I think these cos. put these kinda numbers autolly to earn some extra money in the billing.

Can anyone resolve this or know how to get those charges reveresed? I called them and they say it's reflected in the bill with the time and date called so I have to pay... ridiculous.
