Without informing deducted Rs. 100 and said your VAS is activated

My Idea mobile no. is 9718542772, on 25th jan i recharged my cell online with Rs. 350 and after one hour they deducted Rs.100 without informing me, when i logged the complaint (complain no. - 12436864622) on the same date they told your VAS services is activated after request for deactivating and refund the amount then they told till 28th Jan will get back your refund. Till the time i am following up but they dont refund the sum and said now it was possible to refund it.
Kindly do the needful.
