Out Going Blocked From a Month

I was getting messages to submit my documents for verification as its being made mandatory by Govt. Of India.

i submitted my documents on 13th of Feb and also received a Verification message on 15th of Feb but my Out Going is still being block to till date.i need to go to Idea Office everyday and face ordeal and same response that my Problem wil be solved by evening.

its been 15 days now. n still i cannot use my no. to call.

i want respite from this and need compensation.
