MNP issue delayed

Hi,

I have applied for MNP to idea from Vodafone .i have been following up with idea but no response i am a postpaid suscriber number-9581222296 and have paid all the dues .please update me when i can go to idea even i have given 500 depoist and taken sim from idea.
