Not paying any attention & barred my number without any information

They have barred my call from last two days without any informative call or sms... then they told me to resubmitt the documents... i did so..then to they havnt activated my number within 24 hour..as they told that it ll be activated in 24hrs..so after 24 hrs when i went to idea store they told me that they had done there work & not concerned abt anything... then i talk with customer care again.once it was link fail ..second time they told me to wait for next 24hrs..
