Alance deduction

Hello sir,

i m from nagpur... my name is vikram..n my no is 9822694177..on 12th feb a vas service was accidentally started in my mobile and balance was deducted, so regarding it i make a complaint on idea ccare, they promise me to solve the problem, but still one month passes that problem is rising again and again i m totally harrased due to that... they always make fake promises to me..and when i tried to port the no..and subbmited portin code to vodafone, i got message from vodafone that code given by me and subbmited by idea is not matched thats why my form was rejected... so they are not helping me in this also..i m totally harrased due to it pls hel me...
