Alance deduction

Actually i am facing balance deduction of total more that rs40 yet now.the day balance got deducted i call 198 and the representitives did not answer the call. The next day i again called customer care and they said that they could not refund.simply my balance had gone. I am not even interested to recharge my cell.secondly, if i go to http://ideacellular.com/IDEA.portal? _nfpb=true&_pageLabel=IDEA_Page_Registration and if i enter my idea number, email address and verification code and submit it.it is redirecting me to another page and showing the error "invalid idea number please contact customer care".thirdly, when i called the customer care they said that they had activated all those services and they would credit the balance.but i did not get the balance.fourthly, the complaint is with the customer care.when i called i heard them laughing and chatting and the call went on hold.i am not satifsied with idea.the customer care are directly keeping the call on hold withouth my permission or without my issue being solved.i hope my issue gets solved and i get the balance back.plssssssss comment.my idea number is 9164127210
