My balance has gone

Respected sir,

i had recharge of 98rs. for internet pack in my mobile.but next day when i use internet browser then my balanced is lost. The customer care told another thing.they told that i use download.but i use only free download. so they not hear my complain or not tell me to contact with there manager.totally my lost balance is 50-60 rs. please help me sir. Thanking you.
